End of Lecture Update!

Week 10 and 11 we learned about missions and evangelism as we prepared to leave for outreach! We learned so much this week and are so excited to apply what we learned in the following months.

The heart of our outreach mission is to make God known throughout the Hawaiian islands by not only sharing our testimonies but also by working to represent Jesus and the love of God well. As we learn more about the culture here and the shifts between each island the team is met with an array of beautiful stories and ways to help! Throughout week 10 and week 11, we said lots of goodbyes to friends as they headed out to their locations, and we continued to go to lectures and sermons daily to hear different perspectives on how to evangelize and serve others from an array of speakers who have been long term missionaries!
