Outreach Week One!

The first week of outreach has finished! This week was amazing and truly a blessing. We connected with Inspire Church to help with their Christmas production! Many late nights were spent at rehearsals for the Christmas production! The Christmas show was a blast to be a part of! On Sunday, we worked on seven sermons and productions! This was incredibly powerful, over 250 people, publicly declared they wanted to walk with the Lord and accept Jesus as their Savior! Connecting with so many people in such a special way was wonderful!

Our team also worked at an elementary school to deliver Christmas presents through Bless a Child! God's love was truly highlighted through this and witnessing the students overjoyed with this surprise was indescribable! I found so much joy and satisfaction in talking with the kids and learning bits of their language! (the students only speak Pigeon in school) On Tuesday, our team went to Honolulu to evangelize, pray, and connect with people throughout the city! This was my first time evangelizing in this type of setting and it was a learning curve but God is moving and pulling me out of my comfort zone in that way!

To close the week, we spent the night handing out pizza and water in Downtown Waikiki! This was so interesting as we got to share a meal with a variety of people, hear their stories, and talk about how God has been moving through their lives! This was beautiful and emphasized the Lord's grace and mercy as He meets everyone where they are and reveals Himself to all who are willing to receive.
